Coaching: Remote Video Analysis
Using a remote video protocol a coaching consultation
for assessing mobility, swimming, cycling and or running
technique and body positioning. You'll will need just
10 seconds of video in each discipline and about 30 seconds
on movement screens.
The
most individualized training programs available. Each
program is adapted and developed following a swimming,
cycling, running and mobility or remote video assessment.
Each interval, distance, technique, and workout are individually
designed by Marc Evans independently for each client.
