Full day one-on-one coaching
for swimming, biking and running
This popular program is a full-day of technique coaching
and movement evaluation. 1-on-One enhances individual learning
while emphasizing movement development and the technique
competencies of swimming, cycling, running. The session
begins with the screening of functional movement and results
in mobility, strength and flexiblity recommendations for
each athlete.
The session lasts about six hours (may be
split into two separate sessions):
Included:
Muscle length and mobility assessment
Swimming: Extensive technique, pool and dry-land instruction
Cycling: Bike fitting, pedaling assessment and dynamics, competency
pedaling stroke drills
Running: Body line positioning, movement alignments, competency
drills
