Tuesday Evening Run Workouts

Group running workouts on 3 rotating nearby venues on the Stanford University campus. Each week a different course and workout elements - All experience and competitive levels of runners and triathletes are welcome. Workout distances range from 4 to 6~ miles consisting of intervals, change of pace work, hill repetitions, extensive technique development, time trials from 2 to 4 miles.

  • Venue 1- Cobb Track/Angell Field Track - Track intervals, technique drills, core and mobility training
  • Venue 2- Galvez Eucalyptus Grove - The "Chip Trail" mulch path (1 and 2 mile loops)
  • Venue 3- Lake Lagunitus - a .9 mile flat to rolling looped course (XC & hill repetitions)
Where: Stanford Campus

Galvez Eucalyptus Grove across from the Stanford Stadium and Angell Field Track and Clubhouse. Meet at the corner of Campus Drive and Galvez St.

Current 8-week Dates: Session #1 - 2/5 through 3/25

Time: Tuesday's 6:00pm (warm up) – Workout begins at 6:15 until 7:30~pm

Registration & Payment: $210.00 (fees pro-rated from your start date)
