Already working with a coach? No problem, MEC works directly with you and your coach to help you move better and apply more effectively the techniques they are looking for.
MEC work with triathletes, swimmers, cyclists, runners and endurance athletes of every level of fitness and classficiation from Ironman to 5k.

- 1 hour swimming, cycling and/or running technique & testing
- 2 hour movement (flexibility, mobility and stability) assessment
- 3 hour movement assessment and one sport technique
- 5-6 hour movement assessment and two to three sport technique
- 2 Day Single and/or Multi-sport coaching and movement assessment
- Extended-stay Single and/or Mult-sport coaching and movement assessment
- Full-time performance coaching and customized training programs
