Extended Training and
Coaching
Following the initial coaching session athletes (many athlete
travel/fly in to see coach Evans) qualify for ongoing coaching
including a individually designed training program, telephone/email
consultation and when convenient periodic re-evaluations
of technique and movement analysis. Training programs are
only available following functional movement screening and
technique evaluations.
For athletes, the extended training programs detail individually
your swimming, cycling, running, weight, core, and mobility
training workouts comprehensively and carefully organized
around goals, ability, other group training, daily time
allotment, work and family obligations. Workouts also include
the intensity (heart rate, RPE, and watts/power when applicable)
of prescriptive intervals, distance, technique development
and terrain.

Workout Example
Training programs progress through base preparation, base
transition, race preparation, peaking-tapering and active
rest-restoration phases. Following the development of the
seasonal plan written workouts are delivered in 3 to 4 week
sequential cycles customized for each athlete.
During the course of the program full time clients may
meet periodically for private coaching sessions. Every client
is provided unlimited communication. In addition, Marc will
oversee and refer medical consult professionals for any
musculoskeletal, nutritional and sport psychology matters
as necessary.
Cost: Training programs are priced by the
number of training weeks and coaching sessions. The number
of coaching sessions and length of the program are determined
following a full day 1-on-One or assessment coaching appointment.
Generally, programs are a minimum of 8-months~ with payment
due in advance of the development of the program.
